Hey Varun…..big fan of the channel 🇲🇼🇲🇼🇲🇼 I really enjoyed trying out this recipe..tasted great
Hello Varun, are you from Mumbai ? Cause there's a well known Chef visiting that area and he wants someone's help in trying the local cuisine. I cannot name him here cause this is a public platform.
I always keep high expectations from you…this video is amazing!! I request for an unusual recipe of Oriya Saga Manso (mutton) recipe…once I tasted in India…but donno how to cook…lots of love from 🇨🇦
Is it just normal oil for basting, not mustard oil?
Mashaallah very nice
You always remind me of Leonard from big bang theory
for those, who don't have a clue where to get papaya: you can also use kiwi for that.
I'm totally against mixing vegetables and meat on skewers. they have different cooking time. if it's lamb meat, which you want to be rare in the end, the veggies will just warm up. plus while the meat gets a nice char on high heat, the edges of the veggies burn.
FYI: in the word "shashlik" both "sh" have the sound ʃ
