Different from any other bbq sauce, this white bbq sauce (aka Alabama white sauce) uses mayo as a base, along with vinegar, sugars and spices. A southern favorite!

I made this Alabama white sauce for my cousins annual pig roast party last year and it was all gone within half an hour. My cousin asked me to make more for his party next week and I am upping my game this year. Making a gallon of it. This stuff is amazing and everyone loved it.
It's a great coleslaw dressing 😋
Trying this today
Wow. Yembo.
I just heard of this today! LOOKS DELICIOUS!
This is delish! We went to Nashville last month. Didn’t know this sauce existed. We use it on everything.
Thanks for the recipe.
Wondering how good this will go with my chicken and rice diet, I'll keep an update if this sauce will make me kick my fridge.
(Update) a fridge now has a dent due to how good this sauce is 😂
Sir
Put this on some drumsticks
And
First taste i started singing
SWEET HOME ALABAMA!!!!!!!
I am a new subscriber and I watched your jalapeño recipe yesterday and this morning I went out to buy jalapeño. I made the jalapeño sauce and fell in love with the sauce (ditching my sriracha). 3 hours later, I watched your Alabama White BBQ Sauce. Now I have to run out again to get the ingredients because I am planning to roast chicken tomorrow. I got a great recipe and technique to roast a flavourful and juicy chicken and I think this Alabama sauce will be a perfect condiment for the chicken and potatoes wedges. Thanks in advance.
I call it W Sauce 😂
How long will it last in the refrigerator?
Needed a half cup more mayo, but solid recipe!!
I saw a few other videos first; yours looks WAY better! Great Job! I am making some of this!
It's great with fish
I use it to reverse sear steaks
Again with that vinegar component, I know I'd love it. I've enjoyed the Carolina Gold style sauce from TJ's, tasty enough, I prefer lots of vinegar.. Lol, don't get me started on my salad dressing 🙃 🤣
Oooohwee!! Very nice my friend! New to the channel😎
It's great on pulled pork with a jalapeno on a Hawaiian bun.
Hey Mike! Great video again! Try that with Leftover Roast Beef: pretty cool!!! I think it's a bit similar to your Comeback Sauce recipe but horseradish kicks it high! Thanks a lot!
I was about to cuss your ass up and down if you weren’t using Dukes. Best Mayo out there by far not even a question, anyone who says otherwise is simply uneducated.
Hellmans? Hell no man.
From my hometown of Greenville South Carolina.
Looks and sounds really good. Moved to NC? I've lived in NC my entire life. I hope you're enjoying it here. Thanks for sharing the content you do.
Sounds delicious! Might even make some today! Any idea how long this sauce will keep in the fridge?
I'm smoking a butt roast for family dinner next Sunday. This is definitely gonna be on the table.
Looks good
I’ve been to Big Bob’s and had the original, and this actually sounds better than the original.. Not taking anything away from the original, but, like you, I like it with a bit more kick.
Great job Mike!!!
I had just saw a recipe that called for this and had no idea what is was! You’re always coming with the good stuff!!!
