Deve kuşu çok güzeldir. Yaklaşık 6 ay güney Afrika'da yaşadım ve orada neredeyse her hafta yedim. Türkiye'de kuzu neyse, orada deve kuşu. Gerçekten güzel hazırlandığı zaman çok lezzetli oluyor. Böyle çevirme yapmak olmuyor, çünkü deve kuşunun tıpkı hindi etinde olduğu gibi beyaz eti ve kırmızı eti var. Kırmızı et pişene kadar beyaz eti kurumuş oluyor. Ateşe uzak yerler kahverengi olana kadar, ateşe yakın olan yerler yanıyor. Yani pişerken kontrol etmesi çok zor böyle. Bence birde normal tavada veya mangalda pişirip deneyin. Beyaz etini biftek gibi tavada, veya firinda rosto gibi deneyin. Kırmızı eti mangalda şiş efsane oluyor.
