Hmmm maybe I should shred and use a mature cheddar or a vintage grade cheddar. Cheese is cheese but I still love a good cheddar.

I will never understand processed cheese. This looked great until you added that. Processed cheese is equivalent to modeling chocolate vs actual chocolate – it leaves a waxy layer in your mouth and tastes subpar. Like your videos though!
