Today I made some Jamaican inspired Oxtails and added some BBQ flare! Succulent, juicy and tender Oxtails with a nice heat to them, with some butter beans on the side! A very forgiving cut of meat that melts in your mouth, I would definitely give this one a try!

For hot peppers that I won’t use right now away I dehydrate them ! I remove seeds on some so I can have less heat

Fifty to sixty years ago big families at a lot of ox tails cheaply. I heard that sometimes the butchers would give them away to needy people. Not anymore. It is ridiculous. Cheers
