4 leg quarters
3-4 tbsp jerk marinade
1/3 cup jerk bbq sauce
1 tbsp dry jerk seasoning
1 tbsp bouillon
1 tbsp seasoned salt
1 tbsp complete seasoning
1 tsp black pepper

sauce
1 cup jerk bbq sauce
1/3 cup sweet baby rays
1 tbsp brown sugar
1 tsp wet jerk seasoning
