I have the shelf mats and they are excellent! They are quite large and protect my shelves from scratches and catch grease drips from my utensils. Also clean easily in the dishwasher.
Hello Napoleon – There are two items on this video that I would REALLY like to purchase. The Drip Pan Liners and the Side Shelf Mat. Both seem completely unavailable anywhere. I especially want the side shelf mat to protect my Phantom shelf which might be prone to scratches. Do you have any suggestions about where I could go to acquire those items? Thank you!

I just ordered my Prestige 500 and can’t wait for it to get here and fire it up!!! I’ve been looking for the drip tray liners but can’t seem to find any in the Napoleon Store or on line. Is this something that will be coming out soon?

Just became a Napoleon owner. Tried a Traeger smoker, just did not work for me so bought a Prestige 500 Pro. Have to say best grill I ever had, love the rotisserie. Biggest issue in the US is getting accessories. Very difficult to impossible to find, especially charcoal tray. Gotta get the product out Napoleon.
