1/2 tsp garlic powder
1 tbsp or 15ml Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp or 15ml white wine vinegar
1 tbsp or 15ml soy sauce
1 tbsp or 15g light brown sugar
Dash of black pepper
Touch of salt

Never seen this over rice. Used to have it over egg noodles or bow tie pasta. Also some sliced mushrooms would be good, but that’s just me. Looks good though 👍

My Son-in-law says my gravy is a "food group" all on it's own. It made me smile 😂. And we do not drink wine, or cook with it. There are various ways to add acids to your sauce/gravy.
