Beef Wellington #shorts



Aaaand we’re back! Hope everyone had an awesome holidays. Had to kick things off the correct way. Beef wellington 👀🔥

For all those wondering if it’s over cooked – internal temp was 54 C (medium rare). Just looks slightly darker as I had to freeze the meat before. When freezing, the lack of oxygen can sometimes reduce the bright red look significantly (which sadly in this case it did!) 😅 Although, only ever freeze meat if you really HAVE to. I was going away for two weeks and didn’t want to waste an expensive cut 🔥

  2. Man coming to see your beef Wellington just after Nick's world record beef wellington. Just don't know why yours one truly seem appealling because the inside beef is so well cooked or is it supposed to be so red looking meat. Man came to learn cooking something delicious but now under a wave if beef wellington beef should be looking red or brown. Or maybe I'm just too much overthinking that nothing matters except taste. Anyway can you post KFC chicken fry original with their fluffy crispy outside? Thank you
