  1. 👉 *Bengali Bhapa Doi Recipe | Steamed Sweet Yogurt* 👇

    *Ingredients:*
    – 1 cup yogurt (water strained out)
    – 1/2 cup condensed milk
    – A pinch of saffron (🌼)
    – 1 tbsp chopped dry fruits (almonds, cashews etc.) (🥜)

    *Method:*
    1. 🥣 Strain the yogurt in a clean cloth to remove excess water.
    2. 🥄 Add condensed milk to the thick yogurt and whisk well until smooth.
    3. 🍶 Add a little saffron at the bottom of a bowl.
    4. ➕ Pour the yogurt mixture over it.
    5. ♨️ Steam the bowl for 15 minutes.
    6. ❄️ Refrigerate for 1 hour to chill.
    7. ✨ Garnish with dry fruits before serving.
