-1/2 cup water (for deglazing)

SINIGANG NA MACKEREL
-2 cans mackerel
-3 pcs tomatoes (sliced)
-1/2 tsp salt
-Ground black pepper
-2 tbsp fish sauce
-3.5 cups water
-White radish (sliced)

-Cornstarch slurry (optional)

–600g pork liempo
-Eggplant (sliced)
