Blueberry Blast Detox Smoothie Recipe:
Ingredients:
1 ½ cups water, or almond or coconut milk
½ cup blueberries, fresh or frozen
1 cup spinach
1 tablespoon chia seeds or ground flax seeds
1 tablespoon raw cacao powder
1 tablespoon hemp seeds
Optional Toppings: 1 tablespoon of rolled oats
Blend all ingredients in your blender. Top with more hemp seeds and rolled oats.
