Found the channel back in June and encouraged me to get my first smoker. The wife and I base our entire weekly dinners around cooking outside! I'm laughing hard "doesn't matter which side of the foil". Every time I go to foil something I seem to have an internal mental battle on which side to use. Another great recipe and look forward to replicating.
