  1. Found the channel back in June and encouraged me to get my first smoker. The wife and I base our entire weekly dinners around cooking outside!   2. We got a little potluck at work going on soon. I offered to make a brisket using your weekday brisket recipe (what a winner btw). Our Sr manager caught wind of this and decided him and our production manager will show up to taste test. Got some big heads coming in, hoping I can impress them with your recipes!

  3. Great video as always. Keep it up!! I usually just smoke the whole rack of beef ribs when I smoke, so it is very interesting to see you chop them up. Thanks for the detail on that.
