Broken Rice was my first Vietnamese dish then Pho. I now grow Daicon radish and pickle and Vietnamese Mint and cook a lot of Vietnamese and Thai dishes. Very delicious 😊
Do you have a video on how to make the fish sauce? This is my go to dish when im in Springvale, Melbourne, Australia, I would love to give it a go myself😊
Can you cook the meatloaf one day ahead and re-heat it, then slice? Or can you eat this cold? Can you pan fry the leftover meatloaf slices? I want to make this for a potluck dinner. Thank you.

Hi Helen, I love your channel and watch many of your recipes over the years. This is one of my favorite meals. Grilled Pork and eggloaf w/broken rice and fish sauce. It's so wonderful. One day I will make at home. I'm going to watch more of your videos to imagine tasting wonderful Vietnamese dishes to make me feel warm and happy.

This was one of my favorite dishes as a kid but the vermicelli with spring roll combine with 3 color desert was best.
I am trying this today Helen. Everything follow your receipe, except for the fish sauce which I am using my onbaya's recommendation and the chicken chops. Ran out of pork chops

I ate this about 3 years ago in Cabramatta Sydney. One of the most amazing dishes i have ever tasted and it was not even 10 bucks. Just had a flashback, looked for recipe and ended up here. Will definitely give this a try 😀

My eldest son learned how to cook from you. Your videos are easy to understand, the instructions you give are simple. My son started cooking at age 8…He enjoys cooking, tasting food, he even come up with new ideas. He's really passionate when it comes to cooking. His favorite dishes are anything with tofu, eggs, and bamboo. I'll have him try making this dish next.

you baked or broiled? Dont think you can get the pork chop that dark with 375 ….
would it taste different if I skip lemongrass? having a hard time locating it…
