  1. I wonder just how much of that seasoning gets to the sealed off parts, the pincers and legs? Do they suck it up from the exposed meat or do they always end up being the most natural tasting parts? Do you ever crack those before cooking?

  2. definitely going to give this a try! quite a far way from how we always did it at my great-aunt's house on the Chester River! so what do you do to prep the crabs before splitting them?
    'cause I'm GUESSING they weren't alive…..
