A South African classic! Delicious “POTBROOD”! Fresh bread baked in a cast iron pot. With all the excellent characteristics you’d expect from a great bread. Crunchy and flaky crust, soft and moist in the middle. Perfect with fresh butter! There is nothing quite as satisfying as making your own bread.

Recipe
∙ 1½ cups warm water
∙ 1 tablespoon sugar
∙ 10g Instant dry yeast
∙ 4 cups white bread flour
∙ 1 teaspoon salt
∙ 1/3 cup canola oil
∙ Butter
