  1. I'm a regular customer at cattleack. The food is delicious everytime. One thing I admire about this place is how much Todd cares about his business. He has systems in place that make going to cattleack a comfortable and relatively fast experience. He treat everyone with respect and is stern about the rules of his establishment, I personally love it.

  2. Looks good – I had to take a screenshot of the prices thanks for posting them – it's insane compared to the UK this place is selling finished food for close to the cost price of the meat – no wonder bbq joints are few and far between here in blighty.

  3. Another excellent video Joe! I'm definitely going there on a Saturday when I finally make it down to Dallas – because I'm a BBQ nerd and proud of it! After having the pleasure of eating at Franklin's while I was in Austin last year (and meeting Mr. Franklin too), I feel like Cadillack's and Goldee's are my two must go spots to complete my personal Texas Trinity 😊 That pastrami beef rib looked absolutely amazing! And I'm for sure gonna follow your advice and get some of those grits too. Looking forward to many more of your reviews!

  4. Joe,
Excellent review and commentary. Can’t wait to see the interview. What kind of smoker(s) does Cattleack use? I know you don’t care as much about bbq rankings, but do you notice some kind of food quality change as you enter and leave the top 10, or are you more influenced by the human factors such as being reminded of being at a backyard pop up?
    Thanks!👍
