There is a shear pin on he auger. They break all the time. When i still had mine i replaced it with a small bolt. Never had the problem again

I've been living in Germany (Bavaria) for a little over a year and Weisswurst is one of my favorite sausages. I'd love to see your version of Bavaia's breakfast sausage, served with a pretzel and sweet mustard.

The auger in the pellet grill is most likely jammed by pellets that got wet and swelled up, before drying. It's fixable, you just have to dig into it. The recipe looks awesome!

We are doing these right now as we speak. We did make a few small changes. We added real onion not dried, and used a different seasoning.

I’m most likely the only person with the problem. But, the reds chuds logo on the bottom left hand corner of the thumbnail always looks like a video I’ve partially watched while I’m scrolling. So I always assume it’s an older video and I scroll past it mistakenly

It sounds like the little motor that drives the pellet auger died. They are pretty easy to replace. I'm a whole ass idiot at anything mechanical and I managed it without much issue.
Shear pin that connects the motor and auger broke. Easy fix with a same size bolt and nut from your local hardware store
In my experience it sounds like your pellets swelled from moisture and jammed the auger. Have fun taking it apart. I no longer use a pellet grill.
