Great recipe, horrible audio. I get it's your style, that's great, but if you're looking for constructive criticism, drop the music while you're talking and fade it in while you're cooking, don't talk, give it a few minutes of just music and great shots. Maybe pull it off without commentary, let it set for a minute with the music ramping up, then fade out and come back to it?
I doubt you want or need that criticism considering almost 300k views and 2.2M subs but your character, your voice, is lost in that jumble of music. Don't mess with what works though.

Rather than using a knife to de-seed chillis, start at the pointy end with your thumbnail and just push/scoop the seeds out!

I tried this this evening and it is absolutely FANTASTIC!!!!! The only thing I did differently was season the chicken breast before wrapping it in the bacon. Outstanding!!

Don´t use cling film! Use parchment paper instead! It´s much healthier than beating the chemical softeners of the cling film into the meat.

It's better to stretch the bacon out with the back of a knife before wrapping.
I find that if you season the chicken breast first then put the dragon egg inside and wrapping in the bacon and then season it on the outside works best. Otherwise you get very bland chicken

What's with the 2 different musical background tracks? Sounds like some good Jazz being strangled by some baaaaad hip-hop/tik-toc type drum sounds…. Suuuuuper distracting….. Seems like the annoying drums ended about 3/4 of the way through.
