This recipe is bad. Most likely if you use big chicken breasts like that you will end up with meat that is browned outside and pink and raw inside. You should cut up the chicken into small pieces before cooking or at least pound it until it's very very very thin. Very very thin.

Chicken seasoning
1/2 table spoon of chilli power
1/2 table spoon of cumin
1 teaspoon of garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon of paprika
1/2 teaspoon of oregano
1/2 teaspoon of salt
1/2 teaspoon of pepper

Is 5 mins long enough for peppers and onions ? I did it and they still taste crunchy and not soft

How many per serving?
I would cut the chicken up before cooking, brown outside and then season and cook thoughly. You will not burn the seasoning this way.

If you don't have garlic powder on hand can you just make up for it by tossing some garlic in with the chicken or does that not work the same way?

Nice recipe.
You really should grab that knife a little more sturdy. Put the blade right where the handle ends, between your thumb and index finger. It makes cutting much safer.
At 3:40 technically speaking bell peppers are fruit not vegetables. Just fyi. Enough said.
