Chicken Fried Rice Recipe | Easy Meals – This is a easy to follow Chicken Fried Rice Recipe. This easy Chicken Fried Rice is loaded Chicken and Veggies and only takes 20 minutes to make! A much better and healthier option than takeout!

Chicken Fried Rice Ingredients
2.5 – 3 cups Long Grain Rice (cooked and chilled the day before for best results)
1.5 – 2 lbs Chicken (I used boneless skinless thighs) Breast will work also
3 large Eggs, lightly scrambled
3 tbsp Butter
2 cups mixed frozen veggies, Corn, Peas, and Carrots
1 small white onion, chopped or diced (optional)
1 tbsp minced Garlic
5 green Onions
2 tsp Sesame Oil
1 tbsp Oyster Sauce
1/4 cup Soy Sauce (add more if needed) to taste
Salt and Pepper to taste
