  1. Hi,I have some of this.. (Lee Kum kee char Sui sauce) at home. I put it on a pork shoulder and cooked it in the oven. And it was really really salty.. is it my palette, am I maybe using too much of it,1 spoonful per shoulder, should I mix it with something?. it smells amazing, the honey and the spices are really there. it just too salty. Please any suggestions or tips would be greatly appreciated thank you pal 🤘🤘🇬🇧
