  1. When I was single London Broil was the shit.. i know it's tough but cooked to a proper interal temp and cut across grain VERY thin its not bad. A little extra chew is worth it for the price of admission. I honestly used it primarily for jerky

  2. I grew up eating London broil. My mom used to tenderize it by stabbing it with a fork on both sides and sprinkling it with meat tenderizer(from a jar like spices) and then garlic salt. And I think it is said that cold rice, potatoes and pasta are preferred due to resistant starches. Something like that.
