You can do this with Koolaid, cream cheese, sweetened condensed milk and a ready made pie crust. Mix 2 packs of any flavor Koolaid with all the above and put it in the freezer. Its good and light.

I'm betting this recipe is from the 1970's, looks like something we'd eat back then….well, not in New York, we didn't eat ANYTHING like this because it didn't have ricotta cheese or pasta in it.
