I have come up with this recipe and believe it is one of the best. This is a must-try recipe. This sauce is perfect over Steak, Chicken, Pies, and Vegetables, this recipe has a lot of versatility.

Serves 4-6 people
Ingredients –
2 Tbs – Clarified Unsalted Butter
4 Cloves – Garlic, Thinly Sliced
1 – Shallot, Fine Diced
300g – Swiss Brown Mushrooms, Thinly Sliced
2 Tbs – White Wine (Use a cheap White Wine, I used Chardonnay) Can be substituted for Vegetable Stock or Chicken Stock.
2 Tbs – Curly Parsley, Chopped (Can be substituted for Flat Leaf Parsley)
1 tsp – Thyme, Chopped
400ml – Full Fat Cream (Thickened Cream)

NEVER fry garlic.
Please please please, STOP WASTING olive oil like this. Olive oil does NOT prevent butter from burning cause simply olive oil does not have a high smoke point and therefore does not protect butter! Instead of wasting two ingredients, butter and olive oil so you donβt βburnβ the butter, use clarified butter instead, which is easy to make and has the same high smoke point as most alternative to olive oil, oils like avocado oil, sunflower oil etc.
Just tried it today and couldn't stop eating even after I was completely fullπ love this recipe! And I tought I wad doing great mushroom sauce even before, but this is another level β€
