Boudin balls actually come from here in South west Louisiana in Scott where most of the great food does New Orleans is over rated and always gets credit for stuff thats not there's its a drug infested gang riddled city that always gets glorified be cause the supper dome is there . if you want the real cajun way of life come too the south west you wont be disappointed .
