– 250g boneless chicken (cut into small pieces) 🍗
– 2 tablespoons cornflour / 2 टेबलस्पून कॉर्नफ्लोर 🌽
– 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour (maida) / 2 टेबलस्पून मैदा 🍞
– Salt and pepper to taste / स्वादानुसार नमक और काली मिर्च 🧂
– Oil for frying / तलने के लिए तेल 🛢️
*For the Sauce / सॉस के लिए:*
– 1/2 cup fresh orange juice / 1/2 कप ताजा संतरे का रस 🍊
– 1 tablespoon orange zest (optional) / 1 टेबलस्पून संतरे का छिलका (वैकल्पिक) 🍊
– 2 tablespoons soy sauce / 2 टेबलस्पून सोया सॉस 🥢
– 1 tablespoon vinegar / 1 टेबलस्पून सिरका 🧴
– 1 tablespoon red chili sauce / 1 टेबलस्पून रेड चिली सॉस 🌶️
– 1 teaspoon red chili flakes / 1 टीस्पून लाल मिर्च फ्लेक्स 🌶️
– 1 teaspoon ginger-garlic paste / 1 टीस्पून अदरक-लहसुन पेस्ट 🧄
– 1 teaspoon cornflour mixed with water / 1 टीस्पून कॉर्नफ्लोर (थोड़े पानी में घोल लें) 🌽💧
# *Instructions / विधि:*
👉1. Prepare the Chicken / चिकन तैयार करें:
– Marinate the chicken pieces with salt and pepper. 🧂🍗
चिकन के टुकड़ों को नमक और काली मिर्च के साथ मेरिनेट करें।
– Mix cornflour and all-purpose flour, then coat the chicken pieces evenly. 🌽🍞
कॉर्नफ्लोर और मैदा मिलाकर चिकन के टुकड़ों पर अच्छी तरह लपेटें।
– Heat oil in a pan and deep fry the chicken until golden and crispy. 🔥🍗
गर्म तेल में चिकन को सुनहरा और कुरकुरा होने तक तलें।
👉2. Make the Sauce / सॉस बनाएं:
– In a pan, heat a little oil and sauté the ginger-garlic paste lightly. 🧄🔥
एक पैन में थोड़ा तेल गर्म करें और अदरक-लहसुन पेस्ट को हल्का भूनें।
– Add orange juice, orange zest, soy sauce, vinegar, red chili sauce, and red chili flakes. 🍊🌶️🥢
संतरे का रस, संतरे का छिलका, सोया सॉस, सिरका, रेड चिली सॉस और लाल मिर्च फ्लेक्स डालें।
– Let the sauce simmer gently. 🍯
सॉस को हल्की आंच पर उबालें।
– When the sauce starts thickening, add the cornflour slurry and cook until it becomes a thick glaze. 🌽💧🔥
जब सॉस थोड़ा गाढ़ा होने लगे तो कॉर्नफ्लोर स्लरी डालें और अच्छी तरह गाढ़ा होने तक पकाएं।
👉3. Combine Everything / सब कुछ मिलाएं
– Add the fried chicken into the sauce and toss well for 2-3 minutes. 🍗🍯
तले हुए चिकन को सॉस में डालकर 2-3 मिनट तक अच्छी तरह टॉस करें।
– Ensure every piece is evenly coated with the sauce. 🍯🍗
ध्यान दें कि हर चिकन का टुकड़ा सॉस में अच्छी तरह से लिपट जाए।
👉Serve / परोसें
– Serve hot with steamed rice, fried rice, or noodles! 🍚🍜
गरमा-गरम चावल, फ्राइड राइस या नूडल्स के साथ परोसें!
