I marinated the chicken last night and baked it today! It turned out great! I didn't know if the fan in the oven should be turned on, so I turned it on halfway through the baking time. Your recipes are extremely good, I just have this one problem: I don't know when to turn on the fan, if the dish is being prepared in the oven. Could you please include sides in some of your menus. I just watched your Chicken Fricasee (sp) and it had no sides. Meat alone is not a meal.
