I'm from Spain and we have a dessert that's 'leche frita', that means 'deep fried milk', similar but adding lemon peel and a cinnamon stick to the milk when heating, using flour to fry, and covering it with sugar and cinnamon once fried. It's meant to be cold to eat it, and use fresh milk!
I just freeze it.

What is leftover milk? I buy 2 gallons at a time, and it never gets a chance to go bad. My son and I go through it pretty quickly, though he drinks more than I do. 😂
