Another easy quick gravy idea for chicken fried steak. One can of cream of mushroom soup. Add one can of milk. Season to taste. Simmer until it’s hot. Makes a great white mushroom gravy.

Here in Wisconsin we call it County Fried Steak, Smothered with Pork gravy and two eggs on top with a side of hash Browns. It's Beef.

I made these a couple of nights ago. I used plain flour with holy voodoo and blanco. The wife couldn’t get enough of it!
I use the egg wash a second time, and make a Guinness, chorizo cream gravy.

If I had venison that wouldve been amazing! Quick question though. This is a bit off pace from your normal display on food. But this dish isn't the most eye appealing. But to me is phenomenal! Beef stroganoff. Can it be done on a traeger. Me personally I'm a spice head and add andouie sausage with some Chipotle chili powder. You tell me it's off the reservation with your normal style cook. But would love to see your spin. I like with Rice. But some kind of noodle I'm sure is good as well!
