Hi Jeremy..is this Bun Cha?
oh, I just happen to have lime leaves and lemongrass, plus a mortar and pestle which nobody owns except cooks on tv or youtube. 15 minutes? More like two hours after you've gone out to buy the ingredients and crushed the toasted rice. It may indeed be delicious, but it's not simple, and it will take far longer than 15 minutes
Galangal instead of ginger 😉
😊 delicious
Just tried it out as I still had some minced meat left in the fridge – tasted just GREAT. Thank you!
These look like post soviet "kotleta" where add white bread instead rice
Where's the dang MSG!? Uncle Rodger, Auntie Liz, & myself (I'm Thai) are slightly disappointed….😅
These look tasty! Nice and easy too! 😋
Jeremy your recipes seem so simple and are always tasty. You are my go to for anything East Asian. Brilliant!
I struggle to find lime leaves here in the US where I live— any good substitute?
Looks yummy Jeremy
What you're doing is pounding the air out of the meat and cross contaminating everything around you there's a splatter factor to consider… careful 😅
Thank you
