Peri Peri Chicken Hot Tenders

Ingredients for Soaked Chicken:
Water as required
Shan Ginger Garlic Paste 1 tbsp
Salt 1 tsp
Chicken strips 500 g

Ingredients for Chicken Marination:
Chicken strips (soaked)
Red chili powder 2 tbsp
White pepper powder 1 tsp
Paprika powder 1 tbsp
Salt 1 tsp
Hot sauce 2 tbsp
Onion powder 1 tsp
Shan Ginger Garlic Paste 2 tbsp
Smoked paprika powder 1 tbsp
Lemon juice 2 tbsp

Ingredients for Spicy Mayo Sauce:
Mayonnaise 1 cup
Ketchup 1/2 cup
Mustard paste 1 tbsp
Hot sauce 2 tbsp
Ingredients for Peri Peri Chicken Hot Tenders:
Marinated chicken strips
Beaten eggs (for coating) as required
Bread crumbs (for coating) as required
Oil (for frying) as required

Directions for Soaked Chicken Preparation:
1. In a bowl add water, Shan Ginger Garlic Paste, salt and mix it well. Add chicken strips and soak for 10-15 mins.
Note: Wash the chicken thoroughly and pat dry before marination

Directions for Chicken Marination:
2. In a bowl add chicken strips, red chili powder, white pepper powder, paprika powder, salt, hot sauce, onion powder, Shan Ginger Garlic Paste, smoked paprika powder, lemon juice and mix it well. Marinate the chicken for 30 mins.
Directions for Spicy Mayo Sauce Preparation:
3. In a bowl add mayo, ketchup, mustard paste, hot sauce and mix it well.

4. Take the marinated chicken strips and dip them in beaten eggs. Coat them in bread crumbs.
5. Deep fry them until crispy and fully done. Your Peri Peri Chicken Hot Tenders are ready. Serve them with Spicy Mayo Sauce and enjoy.
