I had a lot of parties and junk food during the holidays so I am trying to revert the damage with straightforward “healthy smoothie recipes” that are great for detoxing and boosting your immune system!

I hope you like this video and try this juice at home. See the ingredients needed below:

– pineapple ( 1 slice if you are alone)
– 1 lemon
– cucumber (half will be more than enough)
– 1 teaspoon of ginger powder or a small piece of fresh ginger
– 1 teaspoon of cinnamon powder
– 1 glass of orange juice
– 2 shots of pure Aloe Vera
