good job cross contaminating all your mustard
I made a rosemary basting mop exactly like yours and was basting some dead cow on the grill with it. My wife caught me and thought I was either drunk or had gone over the edge. She was right. Love the flavors shared by the rosemary brush. I also made one with thyme and one with chives.
Just a little FYI, mustard has ZERO fat…just sayin'

I normally stick with the grill but I must admit you make this look so good that I will try it. Will go easy on the seasoning though. Salt, pepper and garlic will do. Cheers!

Terrific tomahawk steak!! Why no temperature probe in the meat? It really helps me as an amateur to know when to pull the meat for resting. 👍
If I'm spending the money on a tomahawk, I'm not covering up a chunk of the beef flavor with multiple rubs, smoke, and sauce. I'll do that with cheaper steaks that need extra TLC. This is overkill.

Looks spectacular and cooked perfectly. Butter & rosemary are perfect companions to the meat. And I'm guessing that the sauce, even though mayo based, has enough "acidity" with the gojujang to help with the richness of the meat. Fantastic meal. And I'd fight the dog over that bone…
