    100 g Kataifi Dough (Shredded Philo Pastry)
    100 g Pistachio Spread
    1 tbsp Tahini (Sesame Seed Paste)
    1 tbsp Butter (for roasting)

    225 g Chocolate (Milk and Dark)
    225 g Butter (I used salted)
    35 g Cocoa Powder
    1.5 tsp Coffee
    3 Eggs
    280 g Sugar
    135 g Plain Flour

    Bake at 180 C for 40-45 mins, or until a skewer comes out with sticky crumbs on it.
