Easy Dutch Oven Recipe Ground Beef & Cheesy Potato Casserole
1 pound ground beef
3 cups peeled & sliced potatoes
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 cup chopped onion
3/4 cup milk
salt & pepper and/or any spice of your choice
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Brown ground beef, drain grease. Add onion & potatoes. Pour soup mixture over top. When the potatoes are tender, sprinkle cheese over top. Once the cheese has melted, get ready to chow down.
If you prefer not to cook this casserole outdoors, you can cook it in a 350 degree oven for approximately 45 min to 1 hour, or until the potatoes are tender.

Hi Sue. That looks absolutely delicious! I have never used a Dutch Oven, does it make the food taste differently?
This cracks me up… about and hour or so ago I was looking on the computer for a hamburger and potato casserole and then just now you show up on my televisions YT subscription feed with the exact recipe I was looking for! 😊
Good afternoon Sue! Looks delicious…beef, potatoes and melted cheese! Yum-o!! Great combo! Thank you! 💕
Does it taste different being in a Dutch oven? I would have accidentally dumped those coals on the lid into the pot and ruined it! Very interesting though!
😊
