Ok disregard comment I googled how much 100 g in ketchup and just made your recipe and it’s delicious so thanks I really needed something uncomplicated but I did at some gochugang hope I spelled it right to give it a kick but since it’s a little sweet adding a bit of mustard did the trick ❤
Why use grams on ketchup ? Using grams is different from flour , honey , water , ect so what exactly are you using 1 cup ?

Great recipe I tried this just now had everything but garlic powder still came out great thank you my wife loves it as well she was mad because I wouldn't go back to the store and get more barbecue sauce but I made it and now she's satisfied
