  1. I baking mine right now. Another 10 mins to go. I poured the rest of the little bit of batter on the top. I hope that it comes out good!
    P.S.;
    Why do you use the scale, when combining the dry ingredients? Great, easy to follow video! Thank you!

  2. I just did this dessert with my wife on a complete whim. Had dinner planned… didn't have dessert though. Oh, dang. There's some mixed berries in the freezer.
    This might work.
    Took them out. Placed them in cold water. They were vacuum sealed. Handed my wife the recipe.
    Did some dishes. Made our dinner. My wife whipped together things. I thought I might have to chop the berries a bit?
    But they came apart nicely.
    Followed everything to the letter.

    From frozen berries to a wonderful berry cobbler after our dinner in under an hour. Unreal. Served a la mode and I had seconds.

    Awesome.

  3. I saved this recipe, thank you it was delicious! I made it with blueberries first, tonight I made it with blackberries. I live in Washington State and a trail down my street is lined with fresh blackberries. I just wash them really well, make sure all of the stems are removed. I used about 5 cups of blackberries, I didn’t have lemon though this time unfortunately. So I added about a teaspoon of vanilla extract to the milk before mixing it into the flour mixture. It was still so delicious, we eat it with some vanilla bean ice cream. Both times my family absolutely devoured it. 😂

  4. It’s amazing how many ways to make a cobbler, but I agree yours comes together like a cornbread. I do mine with the fruit cooked in the skillet stovetop, then top with spoonfuls of dough and pop it in the over to let the dough cook.

  5. I have baked this yesterday. I make a lot of recipes from the channel and they usually turn out great. Not this time. It turned out to be super sweet. I followed the recipe to the tee – except for putting less (15g) sugar into the blueberries, which were not sweet, and yet, it turned out to be way too sweet. I would try making this again, but I would recommend adding half the sugar, no more
