What if you want your sardines as part of a quick, low-carb (keto?) meal?? Combine the handiest protein with the fastest-cooking proteing, CUT OUT ALL THE BS, and SHOVEL THIS STUFF IN YOUR PIEHOLE!!!
You don’t have to do it the way I did it in the video. God knows there must be a better way. All I’m sayin’ is: You have the tools, you have the talent, GO HAVE YOUR DEENZ N EGGS!!

Whats funny is i have dines but no eggs lol
This is very very common in Ghanaian households. You can even make a stew with these same ingredients; just need some canned tomatoes and some onion. Throw it over rice. Saved me a bunch in my Masters Program.
I like ^yeah-yeah^ part XD
I Love this, just really so much
I use sardines olive oil from the sardines to cook some eggs and boy that stunk up the house so I just don't😊 my mom wasn't very thrilled about that
This reminds me of the Chinese dish oyster omelet. I think dried oyster is used. There's also the Thai dish of crabmeat omelet with Thai sausage. This dish looks very tempting. 🙂
I read about sardines with goatcheese an ancient recipe from Venice, found nothing but this , a surprise, will do as well.
Hmmmm…. Deenz Eggs!
there's a darkness over this video
Add a side of baked beans and call it deenz, beans and eggs!!
Eat sardines as is with avocado oil mayo or hot sauce
You forgot the onions & fresh chilies
nice pan sir
HOKUTO NO KEN
This is the best, most chill, most realistic cooking show ever! Pots on the stove, mix eggs in the cup, like a normal person, look for the plate after the eggs are cooked. Yep.
Those eggs are overcooked son.
Unfortunately I have one of those wives who hates the smell of “Stinky fish” she can detect within 5 seconds if I have opened a tin of any fish in the kitchen from any room in the house. Therefore the majority of my fishy feeds are done Al-fresco, however I do occasionally check to see if her fishophobic superpower is waning!
Where is the pepper and seasoning my man?
You have great comedic positioning, I love these vids so much.
This reminded me of a family recipe my dad would cook for us and which I haven’t had in years…scrambled eggs with bacalao…salted cod, a Puerto Rican staple. Thank you for the nostalgia, this made me hungry ☺️ and am gonna try it!
Very good!! Not a huge fan of the Espialer though. Haven't had it with deenz though. It seems like watery kinda vinegary sauce when i tried it out of the botttle. I'll keep trying!! Thanks!
Can of deenz + half an onion chopped + honey + hot sauce + dry rub bbq seasoning, fry in a pan with just the deenz oil until onions caramalize. Serve ON TOP of eggs rather than cooked into them. Unbelievable. Deenz and onions cooked together make an amazing combo. I typically use a spoonful of chili paste rather than hot sauce. Could also serve on top of rice or whatever else needs flavor.
So I got my hair cut 😐🤣
So I got my hair cut. 😂 lol. To funny
Here’s a recipe idea, get a can of deenz, drain like you did, smush em in a bowl, then grate a sweet potato or yam, grate maybe half of it or less. Get that in the bowl too, and crack an egg or two in that, mix it up and make a lil paste like batter thing, add salt and pepper, and whatever other seasonings you might like. Take some of that batter paste stuff, and pour it in a pan with some butter and fry it up and you’ll get a lil patty thing. Then you can maybe put some sour cream and hot sauce on top when you serve it, chop up some green onions, chives, parsley, or whatever if you have it to make it look even more fancy. And there you have it, a lil nutritious, egg, deen, sweet potato and or yam patty thing.
