  1. So I made Daniel's chicken and yes, it was very good. I added onions and a bit of hot english mustard, of course forgetting to flour the chicken at first(don't tell Daniel) and did not have Parmesan. It absolutely works. WIll make again. Tell Daniel thanks please!

  2. I thought you should call it Chicken Danielle, kinda like Steak Diane. (I know the chef's name is Daniel, just thought Danielle had a better ring to it.) Then I googled Chicken Danielle, and it actually exists, and it's not super different from this dish!
