  1. Justine! Have you ever heard of peaks? I’ve noticed that you do not bring your whipping cream up to its peaks. In this video you once again don’t measure your powdered sugar. If you would measure your P. Sugar into measured cream and then keep mixing until you have proper, beautiful peaks you will be very surprised at the difference.

  2. Great ideas!! Here’s a tip for the lemon cheese cake. Start at the bottom with lemon wafer cookies crushed up with some butter and pressed into baking dish. Next microwave your cheese cake filling till pourable consistency. Add this all over cookie layer. Now add your lemon curd. Finish off with your homemade whipped cream and garnish with Lemon Zest! Chill for two hours and serve. 😋

  3. How does any of this come out? Would be nice to see the end result not one to just go out and buy ingredients to end up having to toss them. Im most curious about the chocolate one has anyone made that one themselves successfully?
