Around 2-3 months ago, I started making my own no knead bread and – genuinely – this thing has changed my life! Itβs probably the easiest way to make delicious artisan-style bread at home.
Youβll only need 4 ingredients – a lot less compared to processed bread youβll find in supermarkets – and the dough is left to prove overnight so it requires very little work.
My recipe, which Iβve fine tuned over these past few months, is available now on our APP and our website. Weβd usually share it here, but Iβve also included lots of my notes whichβll help you get the best results!
