Those pre prepped doughs are literally obesity waiting to happen. As a North and Central American Indigenous person I would never eat this unless I was colonized and forced to. Which my ancestors did and passed on along with the autoimmune issues that eventually took my ability to walk. This isn’t nutrition, it’s filler. I also am half white and I think it’s in bad taste to white wash recipes while using a nationality to label a people who exist on 2 whole continents as a single culture. You are actively destroying our health and culture and yes that’s a bit alarmist but I’m watching my culture slip through my fingers when I see shit like this.
