No Fail Brown Bread

480g Whole Wheat Flour* add more if necessary

1 tbsp easy bake yeast 11g

1/2 tsp Salt

2 tsp Maple Syrup

450ml warm water

  1. I just keep making this bread because it’s soo easy to make and soo delicious. I’ll never buy shop bread again.I use organic white and wholemeal bread flour mixed and it’s perfect. Next I want to try rolls.

  2. Be sure to mention to alllllways slice breads with a Serrated edged knife blade – never a flat edge! Looks good! Why didn't you publish the full instructions for this recipe. When I went to your youtube channel, it brought me right back to here! Show the entire recipe and instructions.

  3. I have just made this. I made two loaves, one doing exactly what Shelina said and the other, I used my mixer and bread tongs to knead it. I used a bit too much yeast and only needed 400ml of water. I really had to hit the loaf tins very hard to get the bread out so might line them the next time. I cooked both loaves together at 200C for 30 minutes. Another five might have been better. Overall, though, the bread is absolutely delicious and perfect and this recipe is now going to be a daily addition to our house. So easy and worked a treat. I totally recommend it. Thank you so much for a great recipe.

  4. You only have 20 comments! You can reply to all of them! Maybe you should learn from bigger bolder baking! She has thousands and she replies to all of her comments. We are just asking which measurement of flour is correct 480 g or 525g. Make sure your measurements are accurate before posting! This is not foolproof and it is a terrible video! You are not careful and you can’t reply to a small number of comments. Do not ever want to make this.
