In today’s video I am showing you two easy smoked rib recipes, and this is also the first cook on my Ole Hickory CTO. The first ribs recipe is just basic “Texas style” ribs, salt, pepper, and a nice glaze in the wrap. The second is my personal favorite rib recipe, which is my Ash Kickin’ BBQ Honey Chipotle rub, and Tailgater’s BBQ Party Rub, with a glaze in the wrap. For this cook I used a single stick of post oak, and I couldn’t believe how efficient the Ole Hickory was. I still had a partial split left over, even running at 275º F for over 3 hours. You can cook this rib recipe on any smoker you have just follow the guidelines, and reach out with any questions you might have!
