MOST videos didn't even remove the breast bone/cartilage…! slow head shake lol On top of that, YOU were the ONLY one to mention cuttin out ribs ect, for boneless butterfly chicken!! hehe.. I do a step further..To get extra meat/skin, I slit it down the middle first, and spread everything to the sides, before I cut out the spine.. ^_^ Thanks again for this video dude!! Oh!! Another killer trick..When ya butteryfly it, go from the top, down, peeling the skin up.. Poke holes with a thin, pointy knife, and rub in spices!! It makes a HUGE difference! It infuses the spices between the skin and breasts….Plus ya still get all that yummy, crispy skin on the outside! thumbs up Awesome man…. : D
