INGREDIENTS
1 avocado, peeled and pitted
2 kiwi, peeled
1 1/2 cups lightly packed fresh baby spinach
1 cup frozen pineapple chunks
1 banana, peeled
1 cup plain low fat greek yogurt
1/2 cup milk
INSTRUCTIONS
Place all the ingredients into the pitcher of a high powered blender.
Blend the ingredients together until smooth, approximately 1-2 minutes.
Divide the smoothie between 2 8-ounce glasses or 4 4-ounce glasses and serve immediately.

I don't think you're supposed to eat kiwi skin. I always peel it and I've never seen anyone recommend leaving it on.
