Never use raw pasta!
Needs seasoning in the meat like onions and garlic and Italian seasoning. Extra seasonings for the sauce like parsley and onion and garlic powder and Italian seasoning
Put taco meat on them , w/ enchilada sause. And whatever else you want on top ! I do boil the noodles first ! But only until the are al dente ! Then cover with cheese. Cover with foil , bake for 20-30 mins @ 400! Take the foil off for the last 10 SOOOO GOOOOD

You can actually cook the manicotti first let them cool.. then stuff them. That way you know they are cooked properly. Then you won’t have to add water. Just add more sauce..👈🏽
