✨️얌얌레시피 : 김치찜삼합✨️ 저는 요리하면서 우연히 맛있는 조합을 찾게되면 그게 뭔가 보물 발견한 것 마냥 너무 신나고 좋아요😊🙌 그리고 그걸 많은 사람들과 공유하고 공감하는 걸 좋아하구요 오늘은 정말 사소한 발견이지만 두부하나 넣었을 뿐인데 정말 맛있더라구요 그래서 결국.. 이날 외부일정갔다 늦게와서 촬영이 거의 11시에 끝났는데도 불구하고 밥한공기 뚝딱해버렸습니다 ㅋㅋㅋ ✅️ 레시피 (성인 2인분/밥숟가락 기준) 1. 신김치 1/3포기에 다진마늘1T, 맛술1T, 참치액1T 고춧가루1T, 설탕1T, 매실청1T(없으면 설탕을 1.5T로) 된장1T, 들기름 2T 넣고 주물러둡니다 2. 통삼겹은 겉면이 노릇하게 익으면 기름닦아서 아래 깔아주고 양념한 김치 위에 얹어주세요 3. 대파와 마늘도 구석구석 넣고 삼겹살이 잠길정도로 물을 넣고 “중약불 50분” 끓여준 뒤, 마지막으로 두부 얹어주면 완성입니다 + 저번 영상에 제 의도가 잘 표현되지 못하고 오해를 부르는 표현이 있어 재편집하여 업로드합니다 저장해주셨던 분들 모두 죄송합니다🙇♀️ 앞으로는 더욱 더 신중하고 신중하게 만들어보겠습니다 source
